SSR (Self Study Report)

Introduction

The Self-Study Report (SSR) is a document that is a core part of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) accreditation process. The SSR is a comprehensive document that demonstrates an institution's commitment to improving the quality of education and overall institutional development.

The SSR has the following structure:

  1. Executive summary
  2. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and constraints (SWOC) analysis of the institution
  3. Profile of the institution
  4. Criteria-wise report

After submitting the SSR, all data is validated through the Data Validation and Verification (DVV) process. This verification is done using an online mechanism, which generates a pre-qualifier score.
